With more drastic measures being taken every day to battle the spread of corona virus, most of us no longer have access to the gym (even if we did we should take a time off to social distance ourselves).
This means that most of us have to switch things up in order to keep in shape or get in shape. Getting a full body workout without the gym can be challenging. This is where we have to defer to the experts.
