Across the entire carnival industry, from probably the beginning of carnival time, there has been one constant rule. No Refunds.
Costumes are custom made items and in order to complete the production of hundreds or even thousands of them, the bands all have to start early in the season to purchase raw material, pay suppliers and start production. Meeting these obligations makes it impossible for bands to simply “give the money back”, because the money is in the form of your costume or at least its components from pretty early out.
Despite the current Global disaster, we remain committed to giving all our masqueraders a costume and premium carnival experience. October is our best bet to safely have a robust carnival week to meet those demands.
That being said, some persons legitimately CANNOT make it to carnival in October and here is where the aftermarket can help.
