December is finally here! After months of hard training we should all have gotten most, if not all of the way, to our goals in terms of muscular development….right fellas! It is now time to start the path to that sharp, cut, ripped, shredded (….etc) body that will turn heads on the road and play its part to make your carnival the best it can be.
As I outlined before its going to take a super clean diet and possibly some suppliments to get you moving on the path, but you can NOT leave out the exercise.
