The Male Head Piece- Yea or Nah?

Every year I hear the same complaint from my male friends, they pay way too much to play mas and don’t get nearly as much, costume wise, as the females. While I agree that the male costume doesn’t get as much effort design wise as the females I think the men get their monies worth in the drink and wining arena hahaha… anyway I digress.

SO yes the male head piece I noticed an increasing trend in the mas world with the larger head gear for the male masquerader.

As a female masquerader I cannot say I am a fan of head pieces at all, don’t get me wrong I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE to SEE a front line costumes full of plumage, head piece touching the floor and bling for dayssssss. It makes for EPIC photos! However if I am 100% honest with myself for me on the road less is more! I like to wine with no restriction. 🙂

So guys what are your thoughts on EXTRA head apparel ? Yea or Nah?
