Bacchanal Jamaica Unboxing

We are down to the last few days of the Jamaica carnival season.  I am again feeling that strange mixed feeling of elation and dread.  Elation that that road march is once again upon us and I will have the chance to hit the road again and the dread that the carnival season will abruptly end on sunday evening for me.

I will not complain though as its been good going from February straight till now.  Many people just get that one week before Trinidad carnival.

After a few delays the male costume I’m jumping in has finally been recieved.  The costume is of decent quality and definately feels like it can endure the days activities (not that I’m planning to wear much of it).  We also got a branded rag and small towel from Digicel and a waterproof carrying bag and plastic gourd also from digicel.  The goodie bad kinda sparse but I guess its hard times for the sponsor (except Digicel)
